I’m Rohan Rawat, and I’m deeply grateful to be part of the passionate team at Himalaya Shelter (HS), a pioneering trekking company that has been organizing authentic Himalayan adventures for over a decade. My journey with HS has taken me across diverse landscapes—through the thrilling ascents of the Bali Pass Trek and Pin Bhaba Pass Trek, into the historical charm of the Har Ki Dun Valley, and across blooming terrains like the Valley of Flowers. I’ve explored alpine meadows on the Dayara Bugyal Trek and scenic ridges of the Phulara Ridge Trek, experienced the spiritual aura of the Gaumukh Tapovan Trek, and enjoyed the winter charm of treks like Kedarkantha and Dodital. I’ve also had the pleasure of being part of beginner-friendly treks like the Chopta Chandrashila Trek, and more demanding ones like the Kashmir Great Lakes and Kuari Pass. With each expedition, I find new inspiration and purpose in helping others connect deeply with the Himalayas through safe, memorable, and meaningful trekking experiences.
